Application
The Stainless Steel Bag Dump Station is designed for manually dumping powder materials from bags into a processing system. It is suitable for powders used in food ingredients, dairy powders, pharmaceutical raw materials, chemical powders and other bulk solids.
The unit can be connected with downstream equipment such as powder conveyors, mixers, sifters, feeders and storage systems. Its sanitary design and dust control configuration make it suitable for production environments where cleanliness, operator safety and process efficiency are important.
Working Principle
Before opening the bag, the operator opens the front access door. The integrated reverse jet filter, fan and optional vibrating grid start automatically. The operator places the bag on the working table and opens it using the cutting device.
The ergonomic table height helps reduce lifting effort during manual tipping. After the material is discharged into the unit, the front door is closed. The filter, fan and vibrating grid then stop automatically, helping maintain a clean and controlled powder unloading process.
